Your friends will be jealous of your wedding photos.

August 22nd, 2011

Amber and Rob, through our year of collaboration you have forever affected who I am as a person and I look up to both of you as role models.

At your wedding, I witnessed how you were surrounded by people who loved you very very much.  Your energy, attitude and positivity is contagious and has clearly touched the lives of each person in attendance, myself included.

You get it,  and you inspire me to be greater than who I am.  I couldn’t be blessed with two better friends.

Thank you Christin Rose for taking the time out of your busy schedule in LA to fly in and second shoot.  The powers of Frazzletown and Drip City, a deadly photo force, Licensed to Still.

A bit about the details:  Amber, in a project of incredible dedication made nine hand-sewn bouquets and nine-plus boutonnieres for the guys, all done using the green and yellow jewel palette of her dozens and dozens of vintage glass vases she hunted down in Goodwills and Ebays and set atop red brick as her centerpieces.  I was so impressed with Amber’s vision and dedication to her masterpiece that it had it’s own photo shoot, to be posted later this week.  Betsey Johnson dress and Rob in charcoal grey, Amber even made eighteen charcoal drawings of Portland landmarks with an astonishingly singular style to set as table markers and postcards.
